Aims: Assesment of the efficiency of regular exercise as part of the comprehensive appoach to the management of female patients with postmenopau sal osteoporosis. Methods: Eighty-nine postmenopausal age women were included in the study, showing predominantly sedentary lifestyles and presenting with densitometrically verified osteoporosis according to the WHO criteria. The speeds of biochemical reactions (i.e. the speeds of intense metabolic processes) depend on the volume changes of molecular mixtures and on the stress changes in a bone element.
