A case report of seventeen-years-old girl with clinical and laboratory manifestation of repeated attacks of pancreatitis is documented. She suffered from twinges of pain in spite of the fact that she was on treatment and she kept dietary regime carefully. Clinical finding after admission covered wide dif­ ferential diagnosis including inflammatory bowel disease and celiac syndrome. Persistent hypercalcaemia and increased concentration of parathormo­ ne made us to perform parathyroid scintigraphy which revealed adenoma of right low parathyroid gland.
